A.Vogel Atrogel Arnica Gel is a traditional herbal medicinal product made with fresh Arnica montana flower extract. This easy-to-apply, non-greasy gel is traditionally used for the symptomatic relief of muscular aches, pains and stiffness, as well as sprains and bruising. It is suitable for adults, older people and children and can be applied directly to affected areas for convenient topical relief.

Atrogel contains 500 mg of fresh Arnica flower extract per gram of gel, providing a simple plant-based option for those looking to soothe areas affected by muscular discomfort, stiffness, minor sprains or bruising. Its non-greasy texture makes it easy to massage gently into the skin, making it a practical addition to your home, sports or everyday first-aid essentials.

Directions for Use

Adults, older people and children: Apply 2–10 cm of gel gently to the affected area 2–4 times daily. Wash hands after application unless the hands are the affected area. Replace the cap after use. Do not use more than recommended, as excessive application may stain clothing.

Warnings & Precautions

For external use only. Do not apply to broken, cut, irritated or damaged skin, and avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, nose and other sensitive areas. Do not use if you are allergic to Arnica, plants of the daisy family (Asteraceae/Compositae), or any of the ingredients. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Stop using the product if itching, rash, redness or eczema occurs and seek advice from a doctor, pharmacist or qualified healthcare professional if symptoms worsen or do not improve within 2 weeks. If swallowed accidentally, contact a doctor, pharmacist or healthcare professional immediately. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. After opening, store below 25°C and use within 6 months. Always read the leaflet before use.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Liquid extract of fresh Arnica montana L. flowers. Each 1 g of gel contains 500 mg of extract, equivalent to approximately 120–200 mg of fresh Arnica flowers.

Other ingredients: Ethanol, purified water, glycerol (plant origin) and ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer (thickener).
