Instructions

1. Apply a thin film of Biofreeze Pain Relief Gel to the affected area.
2. Gently spread the gel over the desired area; massage is not necessary.
3. Adults and children aged 2 years and over: apply to the affected area no more than 3–4 times daily.
4. Rinse hands with cool water after application.
5. Children under 2 years should only use the product following medical advice.
6. Always follow the directions provided on the product packaging.

• Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
• Do not apply to irritated skin or if excessive irritation develops.
