Instructions

Remove the pad from its individual wrapper and peel away the adhesive backing. Place it centrally in your underwear with the adhesive side down. Fold the wings around the sides of the underwear and press firmly to secure. Change regularly according to your flow and dispose of used pads in a bin. Do not flush.
