Instructions

Remove the pad from its individual wrapper and peel away the adhesive backing. Position the pad securely in the centre of your underwear, adhesive side down, and press firmly into place. Change the pad regularly according to your flow. Wrap the used pad and dispose of it in a bin. Do not flush.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not flush sanitary pads down the toilet. If skin irritation or discomfort develops, discontinue use. Keep unused pads in a cool, dry place.
