Bausch & Lomb Boston Advance Cleaner 30ml is a specially formulated daily cleaning solution for rigid gas permeable (RGP) and hard contact lenses. Designed as the first step in the Boston Advance two-step lens-care system, it helps loosen and remove accumulated film, stubborn deposits, dirt and debris from the lens surface, including lipid and protein deposits. Regular cleaning helps keep lenses clean and clear while helping to prevent the build-up of deposits that can affect the comfort of wearing RGP lenses. The visibly tinted formula also makes it easier to see the solution during rinsing, helping you identify when the cleaner has been thoroughly removed.
Boston Advance Cleaner is designed to work together with Boston Advance Conditioning Solution, which is used as the second step to wet, disinfect and soak the lenses after cleaning and rinsing. This two-step approach provides a dedicated cleaning stage before disinfection and conditioning, helping maintain a consistent lens-care routine. The convenient 30ml bottle is a practical option for regular RGP lens care and is particularly useful for users who prefer a dedicated cleaner rather than an all-in-one solution.

Instructions for use: Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling your lenses. Place the lens in the palm of your hand and apply 2–4 drops of Boston Advance Cleaner. Carefully rub both sides of the lens for approximately 20 seconds. Thoroughly rinse each side of the lens for at least 5 seconds, or as required, using a sterile saline solution suitable for RGP lenses. Do not use tap water to rinse the lenses. After cleaning and rinsing, place the lenses into a clean lens case and fill with fresh Boston Advance Conditioning Solution. Soak for at least 4 hours or overnight before wearing. Boston Advance Cleaner is a cleaning solution and should not be used to disinfect or store lenses. Always use fresh conditioning solution for the disinfection and soaking stage.
Warnings: For use with suitable rigid gas permeable/hard contact lenses; not for use with soft contact lenses. This product is not intended for direct application to the eyes. Never soak contact lenses in Boston Advance Cleaner. Always rinse lenses thoroughly after cleaning and before placing them into conditioning solution. Do not use tap water with your lenses. Do not use the product if the bottle seal/neckband is missing or damaged, if you are allergic to any ingredient, or after the expiry date. Do not allow the bottle tip to touch any surface, as this may contaminate the solution, and replace the cap immediately after use. Keep the bottle tightly closed and store at room temperature; do not freeze. Discard any remaining solution 3 months after opening. Keep out of reach of children. If you experience persistent discomfort, redness, irritation, pain or changes in vision, remove your lenses and seek advice from your eye-care professional. Always follow the product packaging and your eye-care professional’s instructions.
