Clearblue Rapid Detection Pregnancy Test – 1 Test is a convenient and easy-to-use home pregnancy test designed to provide a fast, clear indication of pregnancy. It detects human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine and provides an easy-to-read plus (+) or minus (-) result, helping remove the uncertainty associated with interpreting faint or unclear lines. Clearblue Rapid Detection is over 99% accurate from the day you expect your period, and a positive “Pregnant” result may appear in as little as 1 minute when testing from the day of your missed period.
The test features a long, curved ergonomic handle designed to make testing easier and more hygienic, together with a wide colour-change tip that turns pink as it absorbs urine, providing reassurance that the sample has been collected correctly. The test uses rapid assay technology to detect hCG and is designed for straightforward home use. The 1-test pack is ideal when you want a quick and convenient pregnancy check from the day your period is expected. It is important to note that while a positive result may appear from 1 minute, you should wait the full 3 minutes to confirm a “Not Pregnant” result.

Instructions for use: Before testing, carefully read the enclosed instruction leaflet and check the expiry date. Remove the test from its foil wrapper and take off the blue cap. Use the test immediately. Hold the absorbent colour-change tip pointing downwards in your urine stream for 5 seconds, or collect urine in a clean, dry container and immerse the absorbent tip for 5 seconds. The tip will turn pink as urine is absorbed. Replace the cap and lay the test flat with the result window facing upwards. A Pregnant (+) result may appear in as little as 1 minute when testing from the day of your missed period, but wait 3 minutes to confirm a Not Pregnant (-) result. A blue control line must appear for the test to be valid. Read the result within 10 minutes and disregard any changes after this time.
Warnings: For in-vitro diagnostic home use only. The test is for single use and must not be reused. Do not use if the foil wrapper is damaged or after the expiry date. If testing before your expected period, Clearblue recommends using first-morning urine and avoiding excessive fluid intake beforehand, as diluted urine may affect the result. A negative result obtained early may not rule out pregnancy because hCG levels can still be too low to detect; if your period does not arrive, follow the manufacturer’s advice regarding repeat testing. If you receive a positive result, contact your doctor or healthcare professional for appropriate advice.
