Colgate Pro Gum Health Dental Floss is designed to help remove plaque and food particles from between teeth and along the gumline, helping clean areas that a toothbrush may not reach effectively. Regular interdental cleaning can help support healthy gums and maintain overall oral hygiene.

Instructions
Take approximately 40–45cm of floss and wind most of it around your middle fingers, leaving a few centimetres available for cleaning. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion.
Curve the floss around each tooth and gently move it up and down along the tooth surface and gumline. Use a clean section for each interdental space and avoid snapping or forcing the floss into the gums.

Warning
For oral hygiene use only. Do not force floss between tightly spaced teeth, as this may irritate or injure the gums. Use gently and avoid snapping the floss against the gumline. If you experience persistent bleeding, pain or discomfort when flossing, consult your dentist or dental hygienist.
