How Cura-Heat Works
The heat pad contains iron, activated carbon and water.
When the sealed sachet is opened, the ingredients are exposed to oxygen in the air and begin to oxidise. This controlled reaction generates warmth that radiates through clothing to the affected area.
The heat can help relax tense muscles, decrease stiffness and improve mobility.
Directions for Use
- Open the individual sachet by hand only when ready to use.
- Remove the heat pad from the sachet.
- Peel away the protective paper strip.
- Before use, evenly spread the contents of the heat pad as instructed.
- Do not knead or squeeze the heat pad.
- Adhere the pad to the outside of clothing over the affected back or shoulder area.
- Do not apply the heat pad directly to bare skin.
- The pad activates automatically when exposed to air.
- Allow approximately 30 minutes for the pad to reach optimal heat.
- Check the skin condition over the application area regularly during use.
- When removing or repositioning the pad, peel it off slowly.
- Do not pick at or damage the surface of the pad.
- Dispose of the used pad after use.
