Evolve Carmellose 0.5% Hydrating and Lubricating Eye Drops are designed to provide soothing relief from dry, sore and irritated eyes. Containing carmellose sodium 0.5% w/v, the drops act as a lubricant and help create a hydrating layer over the surface of the eye, relieving symptoms such as dryness, grittiness, itchiness and foreign-body sensations. The preservative-free, phosphate-free formulation is suitable for sensitive eyes and can be used with contact lenses.

Instructions
Place 1 drop into each affected eye 2–4 times daily, or use as advised by your healthcare professional. Wash your hands before use and avoid touching the bottle tip against the eye, eyelids or surrounding surfaces. Replace the cap securely after use. Evolve Carmellose can be used while wearing contact lenses.
Warnings
For external ophthalmic use only. Do not use if you are allergic or sensitive to carmellose sodium or any of the ingredients. Avoid touching the bottle tip to the eye or other surfaces to help prevent contamination. Stop using the drops and consult a doctor, pharmacist or optometrist if you experience persistent irritation, pain, redness, changes in vision or if your symptoms worsen. If using other eye drops, leave an appropriate interval between applications. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Once opened, use the bottle within 3 months.
Ingredients
Carmellose Sodium 0.5% w/v, lactic acid, sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate and water. The product is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution.
