Description
Floradix Liquid Iron and Vitamin Formula 250ml is a highly absorbable iron supplement that combines organic iron (ferrous gluconate) with essential B-vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12) and Vitamin C. Designed to be gentle on the stomach, this herbal and fruit juice-based tonic helps reduce tiredness, combat fatigue, and support healthy red blood cell formation.
HOW TO USE
To maximise the iron absorption, take Floradix Liquid Iron on an empty stomach, approx. 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after.
Adults and children over 12 years: 10ml twice daily
Children aged 6-11 years: 10ml once daily
Children aged 3-5 years: 5ml once daily
Once opened, please store the bottle in the fridge and follow the on-pack directions.
