Milton Sterilising Tablets provide a convenient and effective way to sterilise baby feeding equipment and breastfeeding accessories using cold water. The Milton cold-water sterilising method is designed to kill 99.9% of germs and is ideal for use at home, while travelling or during overnight stays. Each tablet creates a sterilising solution that works in just 15 minutes and remains effective for up to 24 hours.
Suitable for a wide range of baby essentials, Milton Sterilising Tablets can be used for baby bottles, breast pump parts, soothers, teething rings, weaning bowls, plastic cutlery and small plastic toys. The active ingredient is Troclosene Sodium 19.5% w/w. The tablets are a practical, electricity-free solution for everyday baby hygiene.

Instructions for Use
- Wash bottles, teats, breast pump parts and other items thoroughly in warm, soapy water, then rinse.
- Fill a suitable sterilising container with 5 litres of cold water.
- Add 1 Milton Sterilising Tablet and allow it to dissolve completely.
- Fully immerse the cleaned items in the solution, ensuring there are no trapped air bubbles.
- Leave the items submerged for at least 15 minutes.
- Items can remain in the solution for up to 24 hours and can be removed when required.
- Milton’s current guidance recommends rinsing sterilised items with cooled boiled water before use. Renew the sterilising solution every 24 hours.
Warnings & Precautions
Keep out of reach of children. The undiluted tablet can cause serious eye irritation and may cause respiratory irritation. Avoid contact with eyes and skin and wash hands after handling. Do not use together with other cleaning products or chemicals, as dangerous chlorine gas may be released. Do not use the sterilising solution on metal and take care not to splash the solution, as it may discolour fabrics and clothing. Use in a well-ventilated area and always read the product label and safety information before use.
