How to Use
Remove the existing insoles if appropriate. Place the Profoot insoles into your footwear with the fabric side facing upwards. If required, carefully trim along the marked guidelines to achieve the correct fit. Ensure the insoles sit flat and comfortably inside the footwear before use.
