Made with 100% natural sea water, its isotonic formula has a salt concentration similar to that of the body’s cells, making it suitable for regular use. The spray helps cleanse the nose and wash away impurities such as dust, mucus and allergens, helping support comfortable breathing and healthy nasal hygiene. It is suitable for adults and children from 3 years of age and is free from steroids, drugs and preservatives.

Instructions for use: On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle. Keeping your head straight, gently insert the nozzle into one nostril and press briefly once or twice. Allow any excess solution to drain naturally, then gently blow your nose. Repeat in the other nostril. For deeper cleansing, tilt your head to one side, gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and dispense a prolonged spray, allowing excess solution to drain before blowing your nose. Clean the nozzle after each use with hot or soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Use 2–6 times daily, or as often as required or recommended by your doctor.
Warnings: For nasal use only. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. The container is pressurised and may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources, and do not smoke near the container. Do not pierce or burn the container, even when empty, and protect it from direct sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C/122°F. Clean the nozzle after use to help maintain hygiene.
