Stérimar Congestion Relief Nasal Spray 100ml is a natural, non-medicated nasal spray designed to help relieve a blocked or congested nose associated with colds and sinusitis. Made from 100% natural sea water and enriched with copper and manganese salts, it is a hypertonic solution with a higher salt concentration than the body’s cells. This creates a natural osmotic effect that helps draw excess fluid from the nasal lining, helping to reduce congestion and make breathing more comfortable. It also helps wash away thick mucus and impurities from the nasal passages, supporting effective everyday nasal hygiene. The formula is free from steroids, drugs and preservatives and is suitable for adults and children from 3 years of age.
The convenient 50ml spray uses Stérimar’s fine micro-diffusion nozzle to distribute the sea water solution throughout the nasal passages. It can be used from the onset of cold or sinusitis symptoms and for deeper cleansing when the nose is particularly blocked. The product can be used 2 to 6 times a day until the nose is no longer blocked, or for as long as recommended by a doctor. The compact 50ml can contains approximately 150 sprays, making it practical for keeping at home or taking with you when travelling.

Instructions for use: On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle. For congestion associated with colds or sinusitis, keep your head straight, gently insert the nozzle into one nostril and spray once or twice. Allow any excess solution to drain naturally, then gently blow your nose. Repeat in the other nostril. For deeper cleansing of blocked nasal passages, tilt your head to one side, place the nozzle into the upper nostril and spray for approximately 2–3 seconds. Allow excess solution to drain before blowing your nose, then repeat on the other side. Clean the nozzle after each use with hot, soapy water, rinse and dry with a clean, soft cloth. Use 2–6 times daily until the nose is no longer blocked, or as recommended by your doctor.
Warnings: For nasal use only. A temporary tingling sensation may occur if the nasal lining is irritated. The product is supplied in a pressurised container which may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources, and do not smoke near the container. Do not pierce or burn the container, even when empty, and protect it from direct sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C/122°F. Keep out of the reach of children.
