Instructions for use: On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle. For routine cleansing and moisturising, keep the head straight, gently insert the nozzle into one nostril and press briefly once or twice. Allow excess solution to drain naturally and then gently blow your nose. Repeat in the other nostril. For deeper cleansing, tilt your head to one side, gently place the nozzle into the upper nostril and dispense a prolonged spray. Allow excess solution to drain before blowing your nose, then repeat on the other side. Clean the nozzle with hot water after each use and allow it to dry. Use 2 to 6 times daily, as required or as recommended by your doctor.
Warnings: For nasal use only. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. The product is supplied in a pressurised container which may burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources, and do not smoke near the container. Do not pierce or burn the container, even when empty, and protect it from direct sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C/122°F. Clean the nozzle after use to help prevent contamination and cross-contamination.
