Tampax Non-Plastic Small Tampons 20s are designed for lighter menstrual flow and feature a cardboard applicator instead of plastic. They have an absorbent core with a soft 100% cotton comfort layer and a protective skirt to help provide additional leak protection. They are fragrance-free, gynaecologically tested and independently tested for harmful substances.

Instructions
Wash your hands before and after use. Insert the tampon using the cardboard applicator as directed in the enclosed instructions. Choose the lowest absorbency suitable for your flow and change every 4–6 hours. Do not flush used tampons; dispose of them in a bin.
