Instructions
Gently insert the brush between your teeth without forcing it. Move the brush backwards and forwards a few times to clean the interdental space and along the gumline.
Choose the appropriate brush size for each space. The brush should fit comfortably without force. Rinse thoroughly after use and replace when the bristles become worn or the brush is no longer effective.

Warning
Do not force the brush into a tight space. If the brush does not fit comfortably, use a smaller size. Avoid excessive pressure, as this may irritate the gums. If you experience persistent bleeding, pain or discomfort, consult your dentist or dental hygienist.
