Breathe Right strips contain flexible spring-like bands. Once the strip is correctly positioned across the nose, the bands attempt to return to their original shape and gently lift the sides of the nose. This helps open the nasal passages and allows air to pass through more easily.

Directions for Use

Clean and dry your nose thoroughly before application. The adhesive will not stick properly to wet, oily or moisturised skin.
Remove one strip from its individual wrapper.
Hold the strip with the adhesive side facing down.
Position it across the nose, just above where the nostrils flare out.
Press the strip down and gently rub it to secure it firmly to the skin.
Once applied, the flexible bands gently lift the sides of the nose to help open the nasal passages.
Wear as required, including overnight.
To remove, wash your face with warm water for approximately 10 seconds, then gently lift each side of the strip and remove.

Important: Each strip is for single use only and should not be reapplied. Do not wear for more than 12 hours per day.

Hypersensitivity reactions such as rash, itching or facial swelling may occur.
