Description
Carmellose Sodium Eye Drops 0.5% are lubricating eye drops designed to provide soothing relief from dry, sore and uncomfortable eyes. Containing carmellose sodium 0.5% w/v (5mg/ml), they act like artificial tears to moisturise and lubricate the surface of the eye. They can help relieve symptoms such as dryness, irritation, grittiness and discomfort associated with dry eyes.

Instructions
Adults and children: Apply 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) as required. Wash your hands before use and avoid touching the dropper tip against the eye or surrounding surfaces. If using other eye drops, leave at least 5 minutes between applications. Contact lens wearers should check the product instructions regarding whether lenses need to be removed before use.
Warnings
For use in the eyes only. Do not use if you are allergic or sensitive to carmellose sodium or any of the ingredients. Avoid touching the bottle tip to the eye or other surfaces to help prevent contamination. If you experience persistent irritation, eye pain, changes in vision or worsening symptoms, stop use and seek advice from a doctor, pharmacist or optometrist. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Check the packaging for storage instructions and the recommended period of use after opening.
