Instructions
Wash your hands before use. Unwrap the tampon and gently insert it into the vagina using a clean finger, following the instructions on the packaging. Change regularly and never leave a tampon inserted for longer than the recommended time. Remove using the string and dispose of it hygienically. Do not flush down the toilet.
