Tampax Regular tampons are designed for light to medium menstrual flow. Instructions

Wash your hands before use. Insert the tampon according to the instructions supplied in the pack, directing it slightly towards your lower back. Choose the lowest absorbency suitable for your flow. Change every 4–6 hours and never leave a tampon in for longer than 6 hours. Wrap used tampons and dispose of them in a bin—do not flush.

Warnings

Tampon use is associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a rare but serious condition. Always use the lowest absorbency necessary and change regularly. Read and keep the safety information included in the pack. Do not use tampons for spotting or discharge.
