Riemann P20 Seriously Reliable Suncare Lotion SPF 20 is a long-lasting sunscreen providing broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection. The SPF 20 formula offers medium UVB protection alongside high-level UVA protection, making it suitable for everyday sun exposure, holidays and outdoor activities. P20 is designed to provide durable protection with just one application when used correctly.
The lightweight, non-greasy lotion absorbs quickly into the skin and is very water resistant, making it suitable for swimming and active outdoor use. P20 recommends allowing the product to absorb before sun exposure and applying enough product to achieve the labelled SPF protection.

Instructions for Use
- Apply generously and evenly to all exposed skin before sun exposure.
- Use approximately 30–40ml for an adult’s full-body application.
- Pay particular attention to vulnerable areas such as the nose, ears, scalp, shoulders, chest and feet.
- Rub in thoroughly, ensuring there are no missed areas.
- Allow the lotion to absorb for approximately 15 minutes before sun exposure.
- Reapply after excessive sweating or towel drying.
- Although P20 is very water resistant, vigorous rubbing and soap can remove sunscreen after swimming, so pat skin dry rather than rubbing vigorously and reapply when necessary.
Warnings & Precautions
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not apply to broken or sunburnt skin. If you are already sunburnt, stay out of the sun.
No sunscreen provides complete protection from UV radiation. Avoid excessive exposure to the sun and take additional precautions such as seeking shade, wearing protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses. Never expose babies and young children to direct sunlight.
Always apply sufficient sunscreen to achieve the protection stated on the packaging. Using too little sunscreen will significantly reduce the level of protection.
