Description
HYLO-FORTE 0.2% Eye Drops provide intensive, soothing and long-lasting lubrication for moderate to severe or persistent dry-eye symptoms. The formula contains 0.2% sodium hyaluronate (2mg/ml), which helps hydrate the surface of the eye and form a stable moisturising film for lasting comfort. The sterile, preservative-free and phosphate-free formulation is also suitable for use with contact lenses and can be used following certain eye procedures as advised by a healthcare professional.

Instructions
Wash your hands before use. Before the first application, remove the cap, turn the bottle upside down and press the base repeatedly until the first drop appears. Tilt your head back, gently pull down the lower eyelid and press the base of the bottle to release one drop into the affected eye. Close your eyes slowly to allow the solution to spread evenly. The usual recommended dose is 1 drop into the affected eye(s) 3 times daily, or as advised by your eye-care professional. HYLO-FORTE can be used while wearing contact lenses. Replace the cap immediately after use.
Warnings
For ophthalmic use only. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if the protective seal is damaged before first use. Do not touch the bottle tip against the eye, eyelashes, skin or other surfaces. Temporary blurred vision may occur immediately after application; wait until your vision is clear before driving or operating machinery. If using other eye medicines, leave an appropriate interval between applications. Stop use and seek advice from a doctor, pharmacist or optician if symptoms worsen, persist, or you experience significant eye pain, redness, discharge or changes in vision. Store at room temperature and use within 6 months of opening. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Ingredients
Active ingredient: Sodium Hyaluronate 0.2% (2mg/ml).
Other ingredients: Citric acid anhydrous, sodium citrate, sorbitol and water for injections. The formulation is preservative-free and phosphate-free.
